Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Dades Valley

Start your 3 days from Marrakech to fez via the desert Sahara from your hotel or riad in Marrakech in the morning. cross the High Atlas Mountains with appreceiated stop in panoramic views’ area. See the renowned Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has been featured in films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Drive on to Ouarzazate, also called the “Hollywood of Africa” and visit film studios. Travel through fabulous skoura palm groves and the beautiful rose valley before you stay in the Dades Gorge that evening.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todgha Gorge – Erfoud - Merzouga

After breakfast, drive through the dramatic Dades Valley and continue toward the magnificent Todgha Gorge, where you can walk between towering rock walls and take in the scenery. Then, head to the edge of the Sahara via Tinjdad, Erfoud, and Rissani.

Arrive in Merzouga where your camel awaits. Ride through the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset . Enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber music around the fire, and sleep under the stars in your tent.

Day 3: Merzouga – Valley Ziz – Ifrane – Fes

On the final day you wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes, and breakfast at camp. Ride back to the village of Merzouga by camel or 4×4 and set off on your scenic drive north.

Travel through the Ziz Valley with its palm-filled oases and panoramic mountain scenery. Break for lunch in scenic Midelt, a town in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Now, travel on to the cedar forests of the Azrou region and with luck see wild Barbary monkeys as you drive and pass the Swiss-style town of Ifrane.

Arrive in Fes in the evening where your memorable desert experience comes to a close with a drop off at your hotel or riad.
